This position is responsible for accurate weighing, grading documentation, and processing of grain transactions while delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the safe and efficient operation of the grain elevator.

Key Roles:
- Accurately weigh all incoming and outgoing trucks using the scale system.
- Process grain tickets, contracts, settlements, and other transaction paperwork.
- Verify customer information and ensure accurate data entry into the grain accounting system.
- Communicate with truck drivers, farmers, and elevator personnel regarding deliveries and shipments.
- Assist with general office duties and support other elevator operations as needed.Â
Requirements:
- Must be able to operate computer
- Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving, and a can-do attitude
- Agricultural background desirable
- Gets it, wants it, has the capacity to perform well (GWC)
Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, meet the driver qualification standards established by the self-insured group in which the cooperative is a member and comply with Crystal Valley’s drug and alcohol policy. Pre-employment 4-panel (excludes THC) drug testing for non-CDL jobs, 5-panel (includes THC) for CDL jobs.
