Job Summary

The Director of Wafer Fab Operations is responsible for the overall performance of the Furnace, Thin Films, Epi, CMP, and Implant modules within the wafer fabrication facility. This role provides end-to-end ownership and accountability for safety, quality, output, yield, cycle time, equipment performance, workforce capability, and cost across these manufacturing areas. The Director is responsible for achieving business objectives through strong operational leadership, disciplined execution, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. The role partners closely with stakeholders across the site to ensure stable operations, successful technology transfers, organizational capability development, and long-term business success.

This position is based in East Fishkill, NY and requires full-time on-site presence.
