What You'll Do You'll guide and mentor a team of Behavior Specialists and ABA Specialists across 20 programs, ensuring that every person we support has access to high-quality, functional skill development. QualificationsWhat We Seek: BCBA certification and NY LBA licensure  5+ years in behavioral health, including 3+ years in a supervisory or management capacity Strong organizational and communication skills Working knowledge of OPWDD behavioral support regulations
