BCRC, Inc. (Beaver County Rehabilitation Center) is a non-profit agency that provides support to people with intellectual, developmental, psychiatric, and physical disabilities with the goal of increasing independence, securing employment, and enriching relationships through community inclusion.


As a part-time Job Coach your schedule will be:

  • Four weekdays 7:30AM to 2:30 PM
  • No nights, No weekends, No holidays

As a part-time Job Coach your pay and benefits will be:

  • $18.40/hr
  • Eleven paid holidays
  • Paid Time Off
  • No experience is required. BCRC values and provides paid training for all staff.


As a part-time Job Coach, you will work in the vocational workshop supporting adults with disabilities as they work towards improving their vocational skills.

Your role will include:

  • training participants as they learn new vocational skills to ensure success on the job
  • maintaining quality control and safe work environments
  • working with participants on their individual goals to foster growth and confidence
  • modeling professional work behavior
  • supporting participants in self-directed living as they engage in community activities such as volunteer work, visiting performing art centers, sporting events, museums, gardens/parks and paying work positions

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Valid Driver’s License
