Blueprints is hiring a Teacher Assistant for our Blended (Prek and HS) Classroom
Qualifications: 

  • Associate Degree from an accredited college or university. Early Childhood Education degree preferred.
  • Child Development Associate (CDA) credential in the area of Preschool (minimum).


This position requires regular and dependable attendance, a commitment to ongoing professional development, and adherence to Pennsylvania Pre-K grant requirements and early learning standards. The role supports children's learning and development through active supervision, classroom management, observation, assessment, and collaboration with teachers, families, and specialists to meet individual needs and educational goals. Responsibilities also include helping plan and implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences, fostering positive family engagement, and supporting transitions, screenings, and assessments. Additionally, the position promotes effective communication with families, educates volunteers and parents on curriculum practices, and ensures compliance with reporting requirements, including Non-Federal In-Kind contributions.
