This is a role for someone who: Can confidently support property operations, leasing, and resident relations Stays organized and keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes Takes pride in providing excellent service to residents and team members Is ready to trade constant chaos for stability and purpose What You'll Do Market and lease apartments to maintain high occupancy. Coordinate apartment turns with a goal of five days or less. Collect, post, and deposit rent payments accurately. Complete resident certifications and maintain affordable housing compliance. Conduct file audits and property inspections. Partner with maintenance to ensure timely work order completion. Serve as acting Property Manager when needed. Build positive relationships with residents while resolving concerns professionally. Help create a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained community. What You'll Bring High school diploma or GED. 5+ years of property management experience. Experience with affordable housing programs including HUD, LIHTC (Tax Credit), Rural Development (RD), or Section 8. Strong leasing, customer service, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software. Ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
