We are looking for skilled, confident Bartenders who thrive behind the bar, engage guests naturally, and take pride in delivering both classic and creative cocktails with consistency and speed. At The Boathouse, bartenders are more than drink makers — they are hosts, brand ambassadors, and key drivers of the guest experience. Pay Information Bartenders are guaranteed a minimum of $13 per hour, and at The Boathouse at City Point this position can earn $30 per hour or more with tips, based on shifts, performance, and guest volume. Final compensation depends on experience, schedule, and restaurant needs. Position Summary The Bartender is responsible for delivering an outstanding bar experience by preparing high-quality beverages, connecting with guests, and maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient bar environment. This role requires professionalism, urgency, and strong product knowledge.
