We are hiring a Sr Financial Analyst / Business Intelligence Analyst (individual contributor) to help drive financial visibility, performance insights, and strategic decision support across the business. In this role you will conduct and scale enterprise reporting and business intelligence solutions within the CJ Schwan’s Global Supply Chain team. You will have a deep expertise in transforming raw data from various sources into clear, actionable insights for management. Beyond your strong technical skills, we are seeking a proactive and analytical problem-solver who can handle complex ad-hoc requests.
 
What You Will Do:
• Own the data governance responsibilities of the Supply chain FP&A team, ensuring a smooth flow of accurate data between SAP S/4, Microsoft Fabric, and the end user.
• Develop and enhance financial reporting tools and analytics capabilities, with a focus on standardization, simplification, and operational efficiency. 
• Provide financial partnership by supporting planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance monitoring.
• Monitor financial and operational metrics and track progress against business goals.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, data-driven decision making. 
 
What We Look For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or Data Science
• 2+ years of experience in a role using business intelligence systems to analyze, automate, and simplify large amounts of finance or manufacturing data 
• Excel, Power BI, database architecture, and data visualization tool skills
• A love of food is a plus, but not a requirement
 
What We Offer:
The base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $125,000 annually with eligibility for a 10% annual incentive bonus, which is based on organizational performance. The salary range represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
