What You'll Do

• Support daily kitchen operations
• Lead, train, and motivate the culinary team
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation
• Manage inventory, prep, cleanliness, and food safety
• Help control food costs and reduce waste
• Collaborate with front-of-house leadership
• Create a positive, team-focused kitchen culture

What We're Looking For

• Previous Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, Lead Cook, or similar experience
• Strong culinary and kitchen management skills
• Excellent communication and organization
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and great food
