About the Role:

Join the MB Roland Distillery team as a Tour Guide/Retail Employee, where you'll share our passion for craft spirits with visitors. This exciting role combines storytelling with customer engagement, making every tour an unforgettable experience.

Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging and informative distillery tours for guests of all ages.
Provide exceptional customer service in our retail shop, assisting with product selection.
Educate visitors about the distillation process and the history of MB Roland Distillery.
Manage retail inventory and ensure the shop is well-stocked and organized.
Handle cash and process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
Promote our products and special events to enhance customer experience.
Assist in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve visitor engagement.
Other duties as directed by management.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in hospitality or retail is a plus.
Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential.
Ability to engage and entertain diverse audiences during tours.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Experience with point-of-sale systems and cash handling is beneficial.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
Comfortable with working outside.
Must be at least 21 years old.
