What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing sophisticated systems and software basis the customer’s business goals, needs and general business environment creating software solutions.

You will:

• Administer and be the SME for GitHub and other DevOps tools, including installation, integration, upgrades, and maintenance to ensure reliability and scalability

• Build and maintain secure, resilient infrastructure supporting CI/CD pipelines and automation platforms

• Enable centralized access, monitoring, and governance of DevOps tools enterprise-wide

• Continuously improve system performance, cost efficiency, and reliability through automation and proactive enhancements

• Drive innovation by incorporating AI-powered automation tools to enhance pipeline efficiency, incident response, and predictive analytics

Essential Requirements

• 7+ years managing enterprise-scale DevOps tools supporting CI/CD pipelines

• Experience designing GitHub Actions workflows, manage repository lifecycle

• Experience with GitHub Architecture, Replicas, Caches, Cluster, Backups, DR

• Skilled in programming languages such as Python/PowerShell, Bash

• Expertise in upgrading, patching, troubleshooting GitHub application

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field

• Practical experience leveraging AI-driven DevOps tools for automation, predictive analytics, and operational efficiency

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.  The base salary range for this position: $152,150 to $196,900
