-What You’ll Do-
As our Marketing Coordinator, you will be the ultimate multitasker—serving as a key operational backbone for our marketing team. From running local activations to managing our social media calendars, no two days will look the same!
Community & Event Activations:
Represent our brands at local community events, sponsorships, fundraisers, and new restaurant openings. Handle event setup, transport gear, and build real connections in our current and growing markets.
Content & Social Media:
Assist with content creation, maintaining content calendars, scheduling posts, monitoring comments, and gathering photos/videos from events and restaurant locations.
Email & Tech Support:
Schedule email drip campaigns, update subscriber lists, and help keep business details updated across Google, website listings, and social pages.
Project Coordination:
Keep marketing calendars updated, track task completion in Asana, distribute action items from meetings, and follow up with local restaurant teams for needed materials.
Print & Promotional Materials:
Assist with ordering, organizing, proofreading, and distributing flyers, menus, table tents, and brand swag to our locations.
Brand Communication:
Manage unified email inboxes across our 3 brands to ensure guest inquiries and event requests are handled promptly.

-Qualifications-
Education:
Degree (or current pursuit of a degree) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in marketing, event support, or project coordination (Restaurant or hospitality experience is a strong plus!).
Tech Familiarity:
Familiarity with project management platforms (e.g., Asana) and Google Workspace.
Exposure to email platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Customer.io, etc.), design tools like Canva, and basic website tools (WordPress/Squarespace).
Understanding of social media platforms and basic analytics tools (Google Analytics, AI assistants).
Skills:
Excellent written/verbal communication, strong proofreading abilities, and great time management.
Language:
Spanish fluency is a big plus!
-Working Conditions & Physical Demands-
Field & Travel:
Approx. 75% of your time will involve local travel for restaurant visits, events, photoshoots, and community activations.
Physical Setup:
Must be able to set up promotional displays, work in outdoor/event settings, stand for extended periods during events, and lift/transport marketing materials weighing up to 25–30 lbs.
Desk Work: Sitting, viewing screens, and operating standard office technology for administrative work and scheduling.
