Job DetailsJob Location: Kosse Mine - Kosse, TX 76653Job Purpose: - A Dozer Equipment Operator at 3B DOZER SERVICE LLC will be responsible for driving and controlling a bulldozer to level land, move earth, and clear construction sites. The operator will work under supervision to ensure safety and meet project goals effectively and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Operate heavy machinery, specifically bulldozers, to perform tasks such as leveling land, moving earth, and clearing construction sites. - Conduct pre-operation equipment checks and maintenance to ensure machinery is in safe and efficient working condition. - Adhere to all safety procedures and ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. - Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operation and project completion. - Collaborate closely with other construction workers to maintain project timelines and achieve project goals. - Work in various weather conditions while maintaining physical fitness to perform job duties effectively. Required Experience: - Experience in operating heavy machinery, specifically bulldozers. - Experience in performing pre-operation equipment checks and maintenance. - Familiarity with safety procedures and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Required Skills and Abilities: - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with supervisors and team members. - Able to lift 50+lbs when needed. - Ability to work well with others to ensure project goals are met. - Physical fitness to handle the demands of operating heavy machinery. - Ability to work in various weather conditions. - Close collaboration skills with other construction workers to maintain project timelines.
