Are you a Maintenance Maestro and a Troubleshooting Titan? LSI is looking for a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join a top hotel team in Johnson City! If you love variety and thrive on fixing things, your next great adventure starts here!

- Pay Range: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour!

Your Superpowers (The Day-to-Day Action!)

The Ultimate Fixer: Handle everything! Carpentry, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Painting. You name it, you fix it!
Team Leader: Supervise your crew, assign work orders, and direct procedures. Be the boss everyone loves!
Preventative Pro: Inspect, schedule, and manage maintenance to stop problems before they start.
Emergency Expert: Act fast during emergencies to protect guests and property. You are the hotel's first responder!
Room Recovery Specialist: Coordinate with teams to get "Out of Order" rooms back in service FAST!
Safety & Security: Enforce procedures, maintain lock/key control, and keep vital records.

Your Utility Belt (Must-Haves!)

Experience: 1–2 years in maintenance (Hotel experience is a HUGE plus!).
License: Valid Texas Driver's License and a clean driving record. (Company vehicles may be required!)
Availability: Must be fully flexible—days, nights, weekends, and holidays. We need you when we need you!
Basics: Must be 18+ and have reliable transportation.
Clearance: Must pass all pre-employment checks (drug test, background check, etc.).
