This position is a critical part of the U.S.Ā LungĀ marketing team.Ā The GPD, Professional Marketing, willĀ be responsible forĀ leading a team accountable for the development and execution of the U.S. professional marketing strategies. This role willĀ function asĀ a leader on theĀ LungĀ marketing team and will report directly to theĀ Director of Marketing. The GPD will be responsible for the leadership of direct reports and must work closely with multiple functions includingĀ Sales,Ā Business Analytics, Sales Training,Ā Portfolio Strategy & ExecutionĀ Marketing, Finance, Medical Affairs, Real World Value & Evidence,Ā Strategic Customer Group,Ā CorporateĀ Communications,Ā and outside vendorsĀ toĀ effectively execute key commercial activities. In addition, this GPD will alsoĀ collaborateĀ closely with the leaders across theĀ Lung portfolio.Ā 

ResponsibilitiesĀ include but limited to:Ā 

  • Lead development ofĀ short- and long-termĀ professional marketing strategies and tacticsĀ forĀ RYBREVANTĀ Faspro™ andĀ LAZCLUZEĀ® therapy,Ā establishingĀ it as 1L treatment inĀ EGFR positiveĀ mNSCLC, Exon 19 deletion and L858R substitution. Set clearĀ strategyĀ toĀ optimizeĀ execution.Ā 

  • DeliverĀ enhanced, simple &Ā competitiveĀ messagingĀ to drive faster 1L adoption of our regime.Ā 

  • Lead, partner, share insights withĀ businessĀ partners to ensure strong collaboration and ideation to develop and execute assets based on key insights.Ā Ā 

  • Manage professionalĀ agency of recordĀ and other specialty agencies to implement HCP tacticsĀ and training.Ā 

  • LeadĀ a competitiveĀ mediaĀ &Ā digital strategy and asset creation for HCP audience, inclusive ofĀ setting a new standard inĀ evolving ourĀ Marketing ways of working,Ā aligned with ā€œaiā€ driven capabilitiesĀ 

  • Manage budget, including all aspects of agency and mediaĀ spend.Ā 

  • Partner with market research, competitiveĀ intelligence,Ā and analytics to deepen key insights for the brand, market &Ā current/futureĀ indications.Ā Ā 

  • Play a meaningful role partnering with cross functional partners including Global, US Medical Affairs, Commercial Excellence, Sales Leadership, Finance, Oncology Franchise marketing andĀ agencyĀ partners to develop professional marketing plans and tactics for the U.S. business.Ā 

  • Coordinate promotional activities withĀ sales leadershipĀ and deliver strategic content for field meetings.   

  • Partner with Sales Training on product training requirements and execution to the field.   

  • Supports franchiseĀ teamĀ cross-functional initiatives, including but not limited to agileĀ marketing.Ā 

  • Partner with legal, medical, regulatory & HCC to support team in approval of marketing materials.Ā 

  • Oversee tactical execution of direct reports; Provide coaching, development, and day-to-day management of direct reports.Ā 

  • Develop,Ā retain,Ā and motivate directĀ reports.Ā 

Qualifications:Ā 

  • A minimum of aĀ BA/BSĀ required; MBA preferred.Ā Ā 

  • MinimumĀ 8Ā yearsĀ business experience isĀ requiredĀ (e.g.,Ā Sales, Marketing, Management,Ā etc.) of whichĀ 3Ā yearsĀ demonstratedĀ marketing experience and proven performance isĀ required.Ā Ā 

  • Demonstrated in-line marketing experience and successĀ isĀ required.Ā 

  • Prostate/Oncology experienceĀ preferred.Ā 

  • DemonstratedĀ peopleĀ management experience isĀ required.Ā Ā 

  • SalesĀ and/or Sales leadership experience is preferred.Ā 

  • MustĀ demonstrateĀ excellent leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a matrix and unstructured environment.Ā 

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategicallyĀ and challenge the status quo.Ā 

  • Strong verbal,Ā writtenĀ and executive communication skills areĀ requiredĀ along withĀ demonstratedĀ presentation skills.Ā Ā 

  • Experience building team AI literacy and confidence, reinforcing trusted and responsible AI use and sound judgment is preferred.Ā Ā 

  • Demonstrated commitment to learning emerging technologies, such as AI, through exploration, iteration, and applying new tools over time is preferred.Ā
