- Support Shift Leaders and Managers with daily operations.
- Take charge of food preparation, line operations, and guest service during peak hours.
- Maintain Moe’s high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
- Demonstrate leadership by setting a positive example on every shift.
- Train and support new team members to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 months of kitchen or restaurant experience (required).
- Cooking experience is a plus!
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive, reliable, and energetic attitude.
- Passion for guest service and fresh, flavorful food.
