Location: National Park Medical Center - 1911 Malvern Ave, Hot Springs, AR 71901

Shift: FT | M-F | Flexible Hours | 9a-5p or 8a-4p

Are you passionate about helping individuals navigate mental health challenges and build healthier futures? We are seeking a Social Worker (LSW) to join our Behavioral Health team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients across the continuum of care.

 

In this role, you'll provide individualized and group therapeutic services, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and discharge coordination for behavioral health patients. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, support patients and families through critical transitions, and help develop programming that promotes recovery and long-term wellness.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct assessments and provide individual, group, and family therapy
  • Lead psychoeducational and psychotherapy groups
  • Coordinate discharge planning and community resource referrals
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and treatment teams
  • Support patients in crisis and promote positive mental health outcomes
  • Document care and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory standards

 

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field, required
  • LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LPC-I, or LMFT, preferred (or eligible to obtain licensure within 6 months)
  • Behavioral health experience; preferred
