Warehouse Manager - Hot Spring, AR

Our Hot Springs, AR location is currently seeking a full-time Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and support our growing team.

Position: Warehouse Manager

As a Warehouse Manager at CRBS, you will oversee all warehouse operations to ensure products are received, stored, and distributed safely and efficiently. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for an organized, motivated professional who enjoys leading a team, improving processes, and delivering exceptional service to both customers and coworkers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations and staff.
• Oversee the safe receiving, storage, loading, and unloading of materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory and ensure an organized warehouse.
• Enforce company safety policies and OSHA standards.
• Train, coach, and develop warehouse team members.
• Coordinate warehouse activities to support customer orders and deliveries.
• Monitor productivity and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with branch manager to ensure operational success.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of warehouse leadership or management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification).
• Knowledge of building materials and millwork products is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
• 8–10 hour shifts (flexible depending on business needs)
• Overtime as needed

Compensation & Benefits:

• Rate: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour
