We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dock Lead to join our operations at our boat dock facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily dock activities - (installing boat lifts, boat dock installs/repairs, Jet dock Installation, etc), ensuring safety protocols are followed, and overseeing a team of dockhands. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our customers.

  • Monday - Friday Start time 7AM - 5PM (Extended hours during peak season may be required).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate dock operations, including installing boat lifts, making repairs to docks, installing new boat docks, installing jet docks, etc., maintenance of docking equipment, and overseeing dock staff.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Train and mentor dock staff to promote teamwork and efficiency.
  • Maintain communication with management regarding dock activities, staff performance, and operational needs.

Qualifications:
  • Valid Driver's License with no restrictions on being placed on company insurance.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the shop - You will be driving a company truck to and from job sites. 
  • Previous experience in dock operations or a similar lead role is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of marine operations and safety protocols is a plus.
  • Welding experience is a plus.
