What You Will Do

• Consult with customers to identify needs and recommend appropriate products and services
• Present solutions clearly, professionally, and confidently
• Build trust with customers through strong communication and follow-up
• Close sales and consistently meet or exceed performance goals
• Manage leads and opportunities through the sales process
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions 

What We’re Looking For

• Proven sales experience in home services (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Roofing, Pest Control, Etc.)
• Strong closing ability and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working evenings and occasional weekends as part of a rotation
• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
• Professional communication and presentation skills 

Schedule & Compensation

Full-time Earning potential: $80,000 – $120,000+ per yearPerformance-based compensation structureHigh performers are rewarded accordingly
