This position supports the accounting department and will include responsibilities associated with the financial close process and review of financial controls.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Assist in financial month-end close process.
Assist with reviewing lease database and preparing data for system migrations
Test invoices for proper revenue recognition timing and documentation
Prepare journal entries associated with the closing process.
Review financial controls associated with Revenue Recognition testing.
Prepare reconciliations during month end.
Implement audit findings into actions of improvement.
Other projects and analytics as requested by Management.

Required Education and Experience

Working towards a business bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 1 years of experience in accounting/data analytics.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to gather, manipulate and analyze large sets of data.
Ability to prioritize variety of projects and adapt quickly to evolving business needs.
Intermediate-advanced Excel skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
