About the position:

Intuitive Machines is seeking an experienced Finance Systems Manager to serve as the business owner and administrator of the Company's ERP and Accounting & Finance systems environment. This role will be responsible for the administration, governance, support, and continuous improvement of JAMIS Prime and related financial applications.

The Finance Systems Manager will partner closely with Accounting, Finance, Operations, Internal Audit, IT, and third-party vendors to ensure business systems effectively support operational requirements, financial reporting, internal controls, compliance obligations, and future growth initiatives, including acquisitions and ERP migrations.


Responsibilities:


ERP & Financial Systems Administration

  • Serve as primary administrator and business owner for JAMIS Prime and related finance applications.
  • Manage system configuration, security, workflows, user access, and master data governance.
  • Coordinate system upgrades, testing, deployments, issue resolution, and user support.
  • Develop andmaintainsystem documentation, procedures, and training materials.

Governance, Compliance & Controls

  • Own application-level controls supporting SOX compliance requirements.
  • Administer user access reviews, segregation of duties (SoD), and security governance processes.
  • Support internal and external audit activities, including documentation and evidence collection.
  • Partner with IT on ITGC-related activitiesimpactingfinancial systems.

Systems Integration & Business Improvement

  • Support integrations between ERP and related business applications, including banking, inventory, reporting, and other finance systems.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, IT, and software vendors to resolve system and integration issues.
  • Identifyopportunities to improve processes, controls, automation, reporting, and overall system effectiveness.

Strategic Initiatives

  • Participate in ERP implementations, migrations, and optimization projects.
  • Support evaluation and integration of systems associated with future acquisitions.
  • Assistin developing long-term finance systems roadmaps aligned with businessobjectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience supporting or administering ERP and financial systems.
  • 5+ years of hands-on ERPadministration experience.
  • Experience supporting Accounting and Finance business processes.
  • Experience with ERP implementations, migrations, upgrades, or major system transformation initiatives.
  • Experience supporting SOX compliance, audit activities, and internal controls.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience administering JAMIS Prime.
  • Experience with governmentcontracting ERP platforms such as JAMIS Prime,DeltekCostpoint, Unanet, Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or SAP.
  • Experience in government contracting, aerospace, defense, engineering, manufacturing, or project-based environments.
  • Experience supporting publicly traded companies and SOX compliance programs.
  • Experience with acquisition integrations and ERP consolidations.
