Summary

Delivers value to Business and Technology stakeholders through the planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality supply chain technology products and enhancements by leading and mentoring an agile Product team. Develop and lead a team with a strong focus on skills, deliverables, and outcomes. Oversee and take accountability for the team’s actions, providing hands-on direction daily. Engage directly with business partners and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of robust, scalable, and high-performing supply chain solutions—leveraging platforms such as Warehouse Management Systems, BlueYonder Labor Management, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Owns the development and delivery of supply chain technology products aligned with evolving business needs
  • Owns and drives strategic relationships with supply chain, logistics, and merchandising stakeholders
  • Researches and analyzes industry trends, market demands, and benchmarking data to guide product direction
  • Creates and maintains a prioritized and executable product backlog
  • Defines and communicates product priorities, balancing business value, technical complexity, and resource tradeoffs
  • Translates complex product requirements into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria
  • Actively participates in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Identifies risks and impediments impacting the product team, and actively contributes to mitigation and resolution
  • Inspects product progress throughout the sprint, empowered to make real-time decisions and accept deliverables
  • Supports team members in stakeholder engagement, backlog development, and sprint execution
  • Maintains a calm, analytical perspective during issues or escalations, supporting effective crisis resolution
  • Holds self and others accountable for delivering measurable, timely, and high-quality results
  • Manages 1–3 business analysts, providing direction, coaching, and performance feedback
  • Owns one or more complex product domains, platforms, or components and tracks key performance metrics
  • Ensures team decisions align with strategic business priorities and product roadmaps
  • Leverages budget and financial insights to inform team capacity and business planning
  • Identifies and communicates risks while proposing data-driven, feasible solutions
  • Fosters a collaborative, inclusive workplace where diverse perspectives are valued
  • Leads process improvement initiatives using Lean and Agile best practices
  • Presents product updates and demos to stakeholders, tailoring content to audience needs and technical fluency

Mandatory Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 5–8 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst, with 3+ years in an agile environment
  • Hands-on experience with Warehouse Managment Systems such as JDA (Blue Yonder), Manhattan WMS, Korber, or similar enterprise solutions
  • Hand-on experience with Mobile Application software and hardware, especially in rugged environments
  • Strong understanding of Scrum, Lean, XP, Kanban, and other agile frameworks
  • Proven ability to manage design and delivery of low-to-medium complexity technology products
  • Solid understanding of modern enterprise systems, SaaS solutions, and cloud-based technologies
