Nelson Mullins, an Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking an Administrative Support Assistant to join our Houston office. This role provides administrative support to attorneys and business professionals while serving as an important member of a collaborative and client-focused team. Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.

A Day in the Life

The Administrative Support Assistant provides administrative and operational support to attorneys and business professionals, assisting with document preparation, file management, scheduling, meeting coordination, expense processing, data entry, and other office support functions. This role collaborates closely with legal and administrative teams to ensure assignments are completed accurately and efficiently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. In this role you are responsible for managing multiple priorities, maintaining organized records, following established processes, and demonstrating a high level of professionalism and responsiveness. The successful candidate will take initiative, exercise sound judgment, and contribute positively to a supportive team culture while providing exceptional internal and external client service.
