Noble’s Summer 2026 Internship Program, based in Houston, Texas, is a 10-week, paid opportunity designed to provide university students with meaningful, project-based experience across our business. This program offers professional development workshops, exposure to both corporate and offshore operations, and the chance to connect with leaders across our global organization.

Track distinction:

Technology & Data interns contribute to projects in Information Technology, IT Operations, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, and Performance Systems. These roles focus on how digital tools, infrastructure, and insights support operational safety, efficiency, and innovation across Noble’s global business. This track is a strong fit for students in Computer Science, MIS, Data Science, Cybersecurity, or related majors.

Program Eligibility

  • Enrolled full-time at an accredited university or college
  • Pursuing a degree in a relevant field
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (Noble is unable to sponsor or assume sponsorship of employment visas for this program)

Responsibilities:

  • Support team members in daily tasks and projects
  • Conduct research and analysis relevant to ongoing initiatives
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations
  • Engage with clients or customers as needed
  • Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled full-time in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business, Marketing, Engineering)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges

Preferred:

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Previous internship or coursework related to studies is a plus
  • Demonstrates initiative and a willingness to take on new tasks

Application Review
After you submit your application, our Talent Acquisition team will review your résumé and qualifications.

Initial Conversation
Selected candidates will be invited to a short call with a member of the Talent Acquisition team to discuss your background, interests, and the internship program.

Assessment & Final Interviews
Finalists will complete a brief assessment ahead of the interview. This provides insight into individual strengths and problem-solving approaches, which allows the conversation to be more tailored. The process then continues with a behavioral and functional interview with the hiring manager and the Talent Acquisition team.

Selection & Offer
Following final interviews, a decision will be made and communicated to all candidates. Selected students will receive an offer to join Noble’s Summer 2026 Internship Program.
