- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to members and guests
- Engage guests with a friendly, professional, and confident service style
- Maintain full knowledge of beverage menus, features, and club offerings
- Accurately process orders and handle transactions
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking of the bar
- Follow responsible alcohol service standards and club policies
- Communicate effectively with servers and culinary teams to support smooth service
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused personality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and uphold elevated service standards
- Prior bartending experience preferred (club, restaurant, or high-volume bar a plus)
- Availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
