Coiled Tubes Services Mill Spooling Operator - Houston, TX

LOCATION: Houston - Texas - USA

DEPARTMENT: OTHERS

Performs the operation of spooling the tubing onto the milling spool, in a safe manner according to applicable procedures, complying with defined quality standards.

Main responsibilities:

Executes the spool setup and spooling pre-operation checklist.
Works with SUCH to stage spools needed.
Loads Spools onto the foundation.
Performs spooling operation.
Assists machine lock outs and tag outs and does operative maintenance.
Updates information in the tracking systems.
Performs mill changeovers and assists in setups

Schedule:

This position will be required to work on a rotating shift and to work overtime, holidays, shifts and weekends (if needed).

Preferred skills:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Familiar with operating a forklift
Familiar with operating an overhead crane
Ability to work in a team and maintain a good attitude
Familiar with ERW process and the Tubing Industry
