You'll be immersed in various aspects of engineering and construction across multiple market sectors, developing skills in:

• Field Inspections and Structural Condition Assessments
• Engineering analysis and design related to the repair of concrete and steel structures
• Production of technical drawings, calculations and reports

Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

Education, Certification and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering
• Completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam preferred
• 2 to 5 years of experience

Technical Skills

• Working knowledge of Finite Element Analysis software such as SAP2000, RISA3D, or STAAD
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or other drafting/BIM software
• Solid understanding of how structures behave

Soft Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Enthusiasm and curiosity for solving problems and understanding how things work
• Excellent documentation and organizational abilities
• Enthusiasm and curiosity for solving problems and understanding how things work

Field Work

• Ability to travel and work in the field, both locally and outside the local area
• Capability to enter secure facilities (e.g., Nuclear and Industrial plants).
• Strong focus on working safely in a variety of challenging environments
