Job summary:

The Specialist, OPS Client Service Representative plays a crucial role in the Client Operations & Reporting function, specifically within the Client Operations & Reporting job family. This position is focused on delivering exceptional client service and operational support, ensuring that BNY's clients receive the highest level of service in alignment with the organization's strategic pillars and principles. The role involves managing complex client inquiries, coordinating operational processes, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. By upholding BNY's principles, this position supports the organization's commitment to operational excellence, client focus, and collaborative engagement. 

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

· Provide comprehensive client service by managing complex client inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolutions aligned with client expectations.

· Coordinate and oversee operational processes related to client transactions and reporting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

· Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and operational processes, demonstrating expertise in client operations.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and organizational policies to ensure compliance in all client interactions and processes.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.

· 0–3 years of experience in client service, operations, or a related function.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage and resolve client issues effectively.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams to drive operational efficiency and enhance client service delivery.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents.
