What You'll Do
- Develop, maintain, and optimize CNC programs for lathes, mills, mill-turns, and VTLs
- Create machining strategies, tooling selections, and work holding solutions for complex components
- Support production by troubleshooting programming, tooling, threading, and dimensional issues
- Program API, premium, and customer-specific threaded connections
- Develop setup sheets, tooling sheets, and program documentation
- Maintain programming standards and revision control
- Partner with machinists, quality personnel, engineering, and operations to improve manufacturing performance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cycle time reduction, setup reduction, quality improvements, and machining efficiency

We're not looking for basic programming proficiency. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of quality, efficiency, and manufacturing performance.
- Someone who takes ownership of machining processes and continuously looks for ways to improve them
- Demonstrated excellence programming CNC lathes, mills, mill-turns, and Fanuc-controlled equipment
- Experience programming threaded products, oilfield components, aerospace components, or other high-precision manufactured products
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading, GD&T, tooling selection, and machining strategy
- Someone who is comfortable supporting machinists on the shop floor and solving production challenges
- A problem solver who values quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of CNC programming experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong experience with CNC lathes and mills using Fanuc controls
- Experience programming threaded products, oil & gas components, or precision-machined parts preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and engineering drawings

- Mori Seiki, Mazak, Haas, Puma SMX, Kuraki, or OM VTL equipment
- API threads, premium threads, and customer-specific connections
- Mastercam software experience
