路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Operate and monitor Kinetic machine, including plasma cutting, drilling, milling, and other automated metal fabrication 聽 聽 聽 聽 equipment. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Set up machines according to customer鈥檚 drawings, blueprints, work orders, and production specifications. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Load, position, and secure raw materials to ensure accurate machining and efficient production. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Program, edit, or verify machine parameters to meet quality and production requirements. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Perform routine machine inspections, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Monitor machine performance and adjust cutting speeds, feeds, and tooling as necessary to maintain product quality. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Conduct quality inspections using measuring instruments to verify dimensions, tolerances, and surface finishes. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Interpret technical drawings, CAD files, and manufacturing specifications to produce precision components. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain production records, machine logs, and quality documentation accurately and completely. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Identify equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs with maintenance personnel when required. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout practices, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and聽 聽 聽 聽 聽 OSHA/company safety standards. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following housekeeping standards. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist in continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency, waste reduction, and overall equipment聽 聽 聽聽 聽 聽 聽 聽 effectiveness 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensure compliance with company quality standards and customer specifications throughout the manufacturing process. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Operate overhead cranes, forklifts, or other material-handling equipment as authorized and required. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Train and mentor new operators on machine operation, safety procedures, and quality expectations. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support production operations by working assigned shifts, overtime, or weekends as needed. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Report production issues, quality concerns, and safety hazards promptly to supervisors. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Perform other related duties as assigned to support manufacturing and operational objectives. 聽 聽 聽 聽 聽 聽 |
