CNC Machinist Trainee

WFI International Division of Bonney Forge, the leading manufacturer and supplier of integrally reinforced branch connection fittings to the power, oil and gas, chemical, and other industries, is looking for a CNC Machinist Trainee. Primary Responsibilities:

· The CNC Machinist is responsible for the set up and operation of (CNC) VTL, lathes, and NC Mills.

· Check work center status at the beginning of the shift and report any issues to the supervisor in charge.

· Validate programs as required by producing a proof part for review.

· Perform own first article inspection and make adjustments as necessary.

· Perform in-process inspections of production parts to maintain and ensure dimensional accuracy.

· Perform setups, edit programs and run production of parts.

· Use precision gauges, micrometers and other applicable measurement instruments to validate compliance of product.

Education and/or Experience:

· High School diploma or general education degree (GED).

· Measuring instruments knowledge required
