Job Responsibilities:聽
- 路 Deliver training in person and virtually based on district requirements
- 路 Design and develop innovative learning solutions to meet training objectives
- 路 Develop and implement training content and production standards to expand learning services
- 路 Support employee training development via competency programs for current and future requirements
- 路 Provide individual training records for reporting purposes
- 路 Act as a catalyst for best-practice sharing across district locations
- 路 Assist Engineering with document revision requirements
- 路 Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures
- 路 Manage business travel and training expenditures efficiently following company policies
- 路 Perform other work-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- 路 High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 路 5+ years of hands-on service experience with NOV Downhole tools preferred
- 路 Significant applicable downhole tool service experience required
- Must be willing to travel domestic and international
