Analyst – Capacity Planning & Operations Support
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Analyst to support capacity planning, purchase orders, and documentation management across the team. This role will primarily focus on master scheduling activities, including analyzing demand and supply data to support resource and capacity planning decisions.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working with data, coordinating across multiple stakeholders, and improving operational processes through automation and AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support master scheduling and capacity planning activities by analyzing demand, supply, utilization, and resource availability data 
  • Monitor operational metrics and provide insights to support workforce and project capacity decisions 
  • Maintain and update planning models, forecasts, dashboards, and operational reports 
  • Support miscellaneous consulting purchase orders (POs), vendor coordination, and operational tracking activities 
  • Manage and maintain team documentation, SOPs, knowledge repositories, and project records 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment between project demand, staffing, and delivery capacity 
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and help streamline operational workflows 
  • Support ad hoc analytical and operational initiatives as needed 
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Experience working with operational, scheduling, demand/supply, or capacity planning data 
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools 
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with workforce planning, master scheduling, or capacity planning processes 
  • Familiarity with consulting operations or project-based resource planning 
  • Experience creating AI bots, workflow automations, or AI-assisted operational tools 
  • Exposure to business intelligence or visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker 
  • Experience with knowledge management and documentation platforms such as Confluence or SharePoint
