Dishwasher

•    Thoroughly clean, sanitize, and organize all dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment used in food preparation and service, ensuring compliance with sanitation standards.

•    Regularly clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, floors, and food preparation areas to maintain a clean and safe working environment, preventing cross-contamination and adhering to health and safety regulations.

•    Properly operate, clean, and maintain dishwashing equipment, ensuring it is in good working order and reporting any malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly to the management team.

•    Assist kitchen staff by helping with food preparation tasks, organizing and restocking supplies, and contributing to a smooth and efficient workflow in the kitchen during busy periods.

•    Communicate effectively with kitchen and restaurant staff to coordinate dishwashing responsibilities and maintain a well-organized dishwashing area, ensuring a seamless flow of cleaned dishes for the dining service.

•    Ability to complete tasks asked for by the management team.
