We have an opportunity on our Rapid Response team.

Responsibilities and tasks:

• Provide high quality and customer focused technical and operational support.
• Utilize Remote Diagnostic and other tools as Service lab, Cimplicity , Simatic-S7, TIA and Seabridge.
• Troubleshooting and technical support for rigs in operation, onshore or offshore.
• Support the full range of HMH products.
• Development and improvement of 24/7 support center services.
• Adhere to HMHs vision, values, strategies, policies, standards and procedures.

Qualifications & personal attributes:

• Experience from troubleshooting of drilling equipment.
• Relevant technical education BSc/MSc. Relevant practical experience may compensate for technical education.
• Multi-discipline and operational knowledge for product portfolio.
• Solution oriented and ability to take initiative and manage work in an efficient manner.
• Curious on new technology, and ability to acquire new knowledge quickly.
• Well-developed customer focus.
• Ability to perform well in stressful situations.
• Flexible, motivated by working with continuous improvements and engaged in delivering quality results.

Additional Information 

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis, now or in the future, without employer sponsorship for employment visa status.
