Job Posting Title: Facilities Maintenance (Farrell Rd)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Facility Maintenance is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing or arranging for the repair of all building operating systems on the site.

KEY FUNCTIONS:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems, including bus bars, wiring, electrical components, and related equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems and components to ensure reliable facility operations.
• Maintain and repair water well and water lift station systems, responding to operational issues as needed.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machines to minimize downtime and support production requirements.
• Diagnose and repair TIG welding equipment and related systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on a variety of facility and production equipment.
• Identify equipment failures, determine root causes, and implement effective repair solutions.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following established safety policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
• Support facility maintenance activities and respond to equipment-related issues as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

• 3 - 5 years of Industrial Maintenance experience
• Minimum 2 years Electrical experience
• Experience using power, and hand tools
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills, e.g., evaluating symptoms, determining root causes
• Must be capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously

Preferred:

• Forklift Operation
  
  

EDUCATION:

Required:

• HS diploma or GED

Preferred:

• 2-year college or technical trade school in mechanical, electrical or industrial maintenance
  
  

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet the demands of the role.
• Must be able to sit, stand and walk for long periods of time or until the end of the assigned shift.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs. safely and properly, as needed throughout the assigned shift with or without assistance.
• Must be able to bend/stoop, squat, reach above shoulder height, crouch, balance, and push/pull.
