The HR Business Partner in the healthcare sector plays a critical role in aligning human resources strategies with the organization's overall business objectives to enhance workforce performance and patient care outcomes. This position serves as a strategic advisor to leadership, providing insights and guidance on talent management, organizational development, and employee relations within a complex healthcare environment. The role involves collaborating closely with clinical and administrative teams to address workforce challenges, support change management initiatives, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and compliance with healthcare regulations. The HR Business Partner will lead efforts to attract, develop, and retain top talent while ensuring that HR practices support the unique needs of healthcare professionals and the delivery of high-quality patient services. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a healthcare environment.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, labor laws, and compliance requirements in the United States.
  • Proven experience in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development within healthcare.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related discipline.
  • Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR.
  • Experience working with electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare-specific HRIS platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in leading diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in healthcare settings.
  • Familiarity with clinical workflows and healthcare quality improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with healthcare leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support clinical and operational goals.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution tailored to healthcare settings.
