Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events and promotional activities. The successful candidate will assist with event logistics, attendee coordination, venue preparation, and administrative support while helping create memorable experiences for clients and guests.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning and coordination of events from concept through completion.
  • Support event logistics, scheduling, and operational preparation.
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
