Job Summary

Job Profile Summary
This position plays a key role in supporting the direct supervisor in the administration, maintenance and operation of the Legal Compliance & Ethics (LCE) Department’s third-party intermediary (TPI) diligence program, and other activities of the LCE/Legal function as directed. The position will primarily involve reviewing, analyzing, and processing vendor questionnaires and, when a vendor may act as an intermediary for the company (“TPI”), additional responsibilities will include interacting with TPIs by telephone or electronically, reviewing and processing TPI diligence documentation in SharePoint and Oracle, conducting online screenings, and research, coordinating and communicating with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining accurate recordkeeping, and assisting with TPI monitoring.

Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Perform vendor and TPI diligence, including

  • Review, analyze, and process vendor/third-party intermediary (TPI) questionnaires in Oracle, ensuring accuracy and completeness

  • Review and process TPI diligence documentation in SharePoint and Oracle, ensuring accuracy and completeness

  • Escalate potential red flags identified during diligence and recommend mitigation actions

  • Engage with TPIs regarding their diligence submissions by phone and electronic communications

  • Conduct online screenings (sanctions, watchlists, PEPs, beneficial ownership, adverse media) and evaluate the results

  • Administer ethics & compliance training to TPIs at onboarding and renewal

  • Research, coordinate, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., audit requests)

  • Maintain organized, complete, and accurate recordkeeping

  • Provide TPI diligence updates at the monthly Legal Department meetings

  • Set up TPI Subcommittee meetings, prepare presentation materials, and document meeting minutes

  • Assist with presentation materials for the quarterly Audit Committee meetings

  • Assist with TPI monitoring activities

  • Assist in LCE or Legal activities as directed.

Education:

  • Minimum Required: Bachelor's degree or associate degree if with a preferred certification.

  • Preferred: Additional certification: paralegal, fraud examiner, public accounting, supply chain, or compliance & ethics professional.

Experience:

  • 6+ years of corporate experience working in legal, compliance, internal audit, or management information systems (MIS); or experience in a law or accounting firm assisting on client matters or office management.

  • Preferred: Experience conducting third-party diligence, investigations, data analysis, litigation discovery (international experience an advantage).

Skills:

  • Minimum Required: Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills; Strong team player; Detail-oriented; Strong research, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.

  • Preferred Level: Ethics & compliance subject matter knowledge; advanced skills using and understanding Excel and Power BI; administrative experience in a corporate ERP system for managing supplier and accounts payable (experience in Oracle or Visio an advantage).

Pre-Requisite/ Qualification:

  • Must successfully complete pre-employment drug screen.
  • Must successfully complete pre-employment background check.
