Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced General Restaurant Manager to join our team! As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurant’s operational performance and financial well-being. You will hire, train, and lead staff, ensuring they reflect the restaurant’s high standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing a successful restaurant. Must hold a valid drivers license, valid Food Manager Certification (etc. Serve Safe, Learning 360). Must pass employment background screening.
 
Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Develop short and long-term goals and KPIs for the restaurant
  • Hire, train, and manage employees and conduct periodic performance reviews
  • Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
  • Create and maintain a food and beverage budget
  • Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
  • Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management
  • Develop and coordinate marketing efforts and community events
 Qualifications: 
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Previous restaurant management experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS software
  • Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
  • Excellent management and leadership skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
