Summary
The Receptionist plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk of the company and the rest of the department. This role involves welcoming and registering employees, visitors, and guests, Administration duties and Customer Service.


Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations, greet and assist individuals arriving at the personnel entrance. Manage entry and exit of employees, visitors, and guests. Issue access cards and permits and ensure accurate record-keeping of all processes.
  • Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
  • Phone Management, answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel using internal directories.
  • Entering, transcribing, recording, storing, or maintaining information in written or electronic/magnetic form.
  • Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork.
  • Scheduling events, programs, and activities, as well as the work of others.
  • Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
  • Schedule appointments.
  • Order materials, supplies, or equipment.
  • Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • English communication skills (basic to intermediate)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
