The individuals selected for this position are experienced professionals that can function well as part of a team, but can effectively function independently.  QualificationsThe Bar Supply Merchandiser at Spec’s Liquor plays a key role in supporting store operations by ensuring bar‑supply shelves, displays, and promotional areas are fully stocked, neatly organized, and visually appealing. This position focuses on merchandising execution, including accurate stock rotation, adherence to planograms, and coordination with vendors to maintain product availability. The merchandiser also delivers strong customer service by assisting shoppers with product knowledge, helping them locate bar tools, mixers, and accessories, and contributing to a positive in‑store experience. Additional responsibilities include supporting seasonal resets, special events, and high‑volume periods. Ideal candidates have retail or merchandising experience, the ability to lift 40–50 lbs, reliable transportation, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with bar‑supply products. This role is essential for maintaining store standards and driving sales within the bar‑supply category.
