The FCMP Summer Internship is a key entry point to our two-year rotational program. Interns complete one assignment over 10–12 weeks at Chevron’s corporate headquarters in Houston, Texas. Throughout the summer, interns participate in training, social events, and networking with FCMP members, alumni, and senior Chevron leaders. Â

- Completing an FCMP Summer Internship does not guarantee an individual will receive a full-time offer from Chevron. For individuals who receive and accept a full-time FCMP offer: the full-time start date will be in July 2027.

Compensation & BenefitsÂ
The anticipated monthly (hourly) range for this position is $9500/month – $11500/month. The selected candidate’s monthly or hourly compensation will be determined based on their selected role, degree level and academic year.Â
