Overview

At Gallagher, we’re all about building relationships and delivering tailored solutions. As an Account Executive, you’ll manage some of our largest and most complex client accounts. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative insurance and risk management strategies. How you'll make an impact

  • Be the go-to person for your clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.
  • Build strong relationships with senior buyers and day-to-day representatives, helping them navigate their risk and capital management challenges.
  • Secure existing business, identify opportunities for additional services, and negotiate pricing to deliver value-based solutions.
  • Your work will directly contribute to reducing risks and protecting what matters most to our clients.

About You

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree and 5 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience

OR

  • High School degree and 10 years client coordination and/or claims management experience.
  • License required.
  • Able and willing to travel approximately 25% of the time.

Preferred:

  • Experience managing complex accounts and a knack for understanding client needs
