You'll guide prospective students through one of the biggest decisions of their lives while working alongside a supportive, high-energy team that's passionate about changing lives through education.

What You'll Do

• Build meaningful relationships with prospective Future Professionals through calls, texts, emails, and in-person appointments.

• Deliver engaging campus tours that showcase the Paul Mitchell experience and culture.

• Guide prospective students through every step of the enrollment process-from first inquiry to first day of class.

• Follow up consistently to answer questions, provide support, and help students confidently take the next step.

• Represent the school at career fairs, high schools, community events, open houses, and recruiting events.

• Accurately maintain student records and enrollment documentation while ensuring compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements.

• Track enrollment activity and help forecast upcoming class starts.

• Partner with Financial Aid, Education, and Student Services to create an exceptional student experience.

• Participate in ongoing leadership training and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Has experience in sales, admissions, recruiting, hospitality, customer service, or marketing.

• Brings positive energy, professionalism, and integrity to everything you do.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous admissions or enrollment experience in higher education, vocational education, or the beauty industry is a plus.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Some college coursework preferred.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.

What We Offer

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour, based on experience

Monday-Friday
8:30 AM-5:00 PM
