K&N Appliance Gallery, Austin's premier luxury appliance showroom since 1954, is seeking an installer to provide excellent customer service while installing high end appliances.

We are looking for experienced Appliance Installation teams to deliver and install luxury appliances. As a part of the K&N network, you work to accomplish the highest quality installations on every single job.

Jobs would entail:

Residential delivery & installation of kitchen appliances (dishwashers, refrigerators, over-the-range microwaves, ranges, wall ovens, washers, dryers, etc).
Install and assemble various types of equipment, including minor electrical and some minor carpentry
Provide customer satisfaction, efficiency, profitability, and safety before, during, and after installation.
Work alongside K&N Sales reps to communicate about job details and specifications
Respond to installation-related issues from the field and provide timely follow up and resolution
Precisely measure components to ensure fit
Modify components to meet required specifications
Put parts together to create more complex pieces
Maintain a high level of quality control
Keep detailed records

Requirements

Experience:

Appliance Installation Expertise
Previous training in specific installations a plus (preferred) (SUBZERO, MIELE, THERMADOR, GAGGANAU, ETC)
Strong problem-solving skills a must
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
