Responsibilities:
- Maintain a highly visible security presence throughout the property.
- Conduct interior and exterior patrols of the store and parking lot.
- Deter theft, shoplifting, vandalism, and other criminal activity.
- Monitor customer and employee safety.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and emergency situations.
- Complete detailed incident and daily activity reports.
- Coordinate with store management and local law enforcement when necessary.
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times.
Requirements:
- Valid Texas Security License (Level III Commissioned Officer).
- Current Armed Guard Card.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Strong communication and de-escalation skills.
- Professional appearance and customer service mindset.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
