This role supports strategic decision-making by delivering reliable financial reporting, leading accounting teams, and maintaining strong internal controls that support organizational growth and stability.   Duties & Responsibilities Oversee general ledger and financial reporting processes Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements Coordinate audits and serve as a primary liaison with external auditors Develop and monitor budgets and financial forecasts  Supervise, train, and mentor accounting staff Qualifications  Education & Training Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field CPA certification strongly preferred Ongoing professional education in accounting standards and regulations   Knowledge, Skills & Experience 8–10 years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory or leadership roles Strong knowledge of real estate accounting principles and financial reporting Experience working with accounting and ERP systems Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and financial reporting skills Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines consistently
