About the Role:
Join Waxing The City and NOVA AP Holdings LLC as an Assistant Manager/Cerologist at our New Caney, TX location! This dynamic role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about leadership and customer service, helping to drive our team to success.
Responsibilities: (Not Limited To)
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and team leadership.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction at all times.
- Oversee inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve their best.
- Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed store goals.
- Handle cash management and financial reporting accurately.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail management or supervisory roles/ as an Esthetician
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in inventory management and sales reporting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
